Included
- One service and one inquiry path.
- One existing page and one form or booking step repaired.
- Up to two existing systems and two supported connections.
- Routing to a named owner, a shared record, and a next-action date.
- One confirmation and one follow-up sequence, up to four messages, with agreed reply, booking, opt-out, and closed-outcome exits.
- Acceptance tests, an operating guide, and one team handoff session.
A full website rebuild, migration, custom application, extra path, or additional systems are outside this package.
Before implementation starts
Onboarding confirms the included setup, your system owner, access requirements, start date, milestones, and written acceptance tests. We agree on these before implementation begins. If the setup cannot be supported or a start date cannot be agreed, you can cancel and receive the full deposit back.
No universal delivery date is promised at checkout. Client access and approval delays move the agreed milestones. Vendor subscriptions and usage charges are paid separately by you.
Acceptance and final payment
Every included test inquiry must reach the agreed destination, have the correct owner, receive the intended confirmation, and show the next action and due date. Where booking or follow-up is included, status changes and sequence exits must work as specified. We also test agreed duplicate, missing-data, and failure-alert behavior.
The final $2,000 becomes due after these agreed tests pass. You receive the test evidence and can repeat the tests. This is a system-delivery promise, not a guarantee of customers or revenue.
If an included test fails
Corrections caused by our included work are made at no additional charge. If an included test still cannot pass after ten business days of correction following a documented failure, you may cancel. The final payment is waived and your $2,000 deposit is returned.
The correction period counts days when the necessary client access, approvals, and vendor services are available. A vendor limitation does not turn a failed test into a passed test. On cancellation, unfinished automation is disabled or rolled back to the agreed manual fallback. Charges paid directly to vendors are not refunded by Expansion Works.
Your part and support
You provide authorized account access, approve the copy and workflow, and name the person who handles prospect conversations. Your team answers questions, sets prices, closes, and records outcomes.
For 14 calendar days after acceptance, corrections to defects in the included work are covered. Operating questions include up to two hours by email. New features, client-made configuration changes, ongoing monitoring, and emergency coverage are separate.
Changes outside the package require a separate agreement before work begins. You own the client accounts and delivered materials; access is removed or reduced at handoff as agreed.
After Square payment
Square provides the receipt and redirects you to project setup. Submit the details using the email on your receipt. Work starts only after the payment is verified in Square and the included setup and dates are confirmed. A browser redirect alone does not confirm payment.
