Included package
All six workflows for one business, one service, and one connected customer journey:
- Missed Call Text Back: acknowledgment after an eligible missed inbound call.
- Speed to Lead: prompt acknowledgment and internal routing for a new eligible contact.
- Lifecycle Nurture: a 21-day message sequence for new eligible contacts.
- Review Request: honest review invitation after a job is marked complete.
- Reactivation Campaign: one agreed campaign for eligible contacts who finish nurture without booking.
- Appointment Reminder: reminders for booked appointments.
Includes message copy, configuration, agreed connections, end-to-end tests and evidence, an operating guide, and one team handoff. Exact message counts, channels, schedules, platforms, integrations, and status rules are specified before payment. Full rebuilds, migrations, custom applications, additional services, and additional workflows are separately scoped.
Before you pay
Setup confirmation checks your page, tools, and availability. Your written order summary lists the supported setup, included repairs, start date, delivery milestones, access requirements, acceptance tests, support allowance, and correction or cancellation remedy. You approve that summary before receiving the deposit link. Do not pay until those details are agreed.
Submitting setup details is not a booking or purchase. If the standard package does not fit, any alternative scope and price are agreed separately before payment.
Payment and acceptance
The standard package costs $4,000: a $2,000 deposit through Square, then $2,000 after agreed acceptance tests pass. Vendor subscriptions and usage charges are separate and identified during setup confirmation.
Tests cover each of the six triggers, intended messages and timing, owner routing, duplicate suppression, booking and job-status changes, replies, and opt-outs. Canceled or rescheduled appointments must cancel or update pending reminders. Contacts who book, opt out, or reach an excluded outcome must not enter reactivation. Review requests must require a genuine completed job and follow the agreed repeat-request limits. You receive evidence and can repeat the tests. Sales and buyer decisions are outside this delivery promise.
Messaging and review requests
SMS work requires compatible phone routing, an eligible sending number, consent and opt-out handling, and any required sender registration. These dependencies, costs, and timing are confirmed before payment. Workflows run automatically subject to vendor availability and agreed sending hours; no round-the-clock uptime or delivery-time service level is promised. The 21-day nurture duration is not an installation deadline. Both new-contact workflows share approved enrollment rules so imported, duplicated, ineligible, or unsubscribed contacts are not blindly enrolled, and acknowledgment and nurture do not send duplicate welcome messages. Review requests invite honest feedback consistently, without incentives or selecting only satisfied customers.
Your part
You provide authorized access, approve copy and workflow, and name the internal owner. Your team handles prospect conversations, pricing, and closing, and maintains the booking and job-completion status that triggers the agreed messages. Required preparation and meetings are listed before payment. Client accounts and delivered materials remain yours; access removal is agreed at handoff.
After payment
Square provides a receipt and redirects to project onboarding. Use the email on your receipt. Work begins after the payment is verified against the confirmed order. A browser redirect is not payment verification.
